At Infamous Paintball, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't performing to your standards, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Verify Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags intact before initiating your return.

  Request an RMA

  Contact our support team or log into your account portal to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your gear in a shipping box, include the RMA slip inside, and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
